Concept, area & site-fit qualifications

These renderings and 360° viewpoints illustrate two proposed homes, distinct from the existing listed residence. They do not represent existing, permitted or approved construction. Model dimensions, furniture, siting and planting are illustrative.

The supplied address chart associates 407 Loy Lane with Lot 18. Its preliminary October 2017 exhibit, marked “Not for Construction,” shows one Homestead pad, not two approved new-home envelopes. The parcel/site-map discrepancy, building envelopes, setbacks, access and grading still require professional verification against a current survey.

West has one fixed court panorama. East has three fixed viewpoints: court, living room and entry. The controls let you look around those positions, not walk freely, orbit buildings or move objects.
